This policy applies to retail orders placed on this website. Orders are fulfilled by Ultra Date Production Farm LLC-OPC from Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Trade and wholesale orders are covered by the terms in your quotation — see the trade section.
Where we deliver

Order processing time
Orders are prepared within [1–2 business days] of payment. Orders placed after [14:00 GST], on Fridays/Saturdays or on UAE public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During [Ramadan, Eid and peak gifting seasons] processing may take up to [X business days].

Free delivery on UAE orders over [AED XXX]. The final charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and start from dispatch, not from the order date.
Couriers and tracking
We ship with [courier name(s)]. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link. The courier may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to arrange delivery.
Food care in transit
Our products are food. To protect them:
- Date chocolates are packed [with insulation / cool packs] and may be held during extreme heat until they can travel safely.
- Honey is shipped in [sealed glass / decanters with protective packaging].
- Please refrigerate or store items as described on the pack as soon as they arrive.
Missed or failed deliveries
The courier will attempt delivery [X] times. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect or nobody is available, the order is returned to us and [re-delivery charges apply / the order is refunded minus delivery costs]. Please check your address and phone number at checkout.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. See our refund policy for what happens next.
Customs, duties and taxes
